GIA is fully accredited by COGNIA. Our accreditation cycle occurs every five years.
GIA is one of 193 “American Overseas Schools” assisted by the U.S. Department of State. The U.S. Embassy has a non-voting member on the school board.
The Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE) offers opportunities for member schools worldwide to collaborate on activities that promote empowered leadership and the implementation of research-based best practices.
Key Club International is a service organization centered on student leadership and service learning experiences. GIA Key Club was chartered in 2018.
